Welcome to the Rohrauerhaus! The perfect excursion destination for young and old.

The Rohrauerhaus is located near the Upper Austrian-Styrian border and is a hut run by the Naturfreunde local group in Linz. The hike to the Rohrauerhaus is very suitable for families with children.

The hut is located at 1,308 m above sea level and is a popular starting point for tours to the Great Pyhrgas and the Bosruck with its Wildfrauen via ferrata. The Rohrauerhaus is also a welcome rest stop for the Karleckrunde, a 3-hour circular hike via Arlingsattel and Ardningalm. 16 beds in rooms and 19 campsites are available.

    As the owner of the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard, if you are up to 15 years of age, you will receive a stick nail with your voucher card, which you can nail onto your hiking stick. In connection with consumption, this stick nail is free of charge, otherwise it can be purchased for a fee of € 1.50.
    The hiking stick and the voucher card are available - only for children up to 15 years - free of charge once at the tourist offices in the region (only not valid for groups).

The Rohrauerhaus is not accessible by car and can be reached via hiking trail number 601 or via the official mountain bike route MTB 9!
