The card is free for stays of 3 nights or more at all tourist offices and information points in the Salzkammergut. Permanent campers, second homeowners and locals can buy the card for EUR 4.90. The regular price of the card is EUR 4.90.
Validity of the card
General validity period: 01 November to 30 April. Guests can take advantage of the Salzkammergut Winter Card for the entire duration of their holiday. For locals and second homeowners, it is valid for 21 days from the date of issue.
The card is personal and non-transferable.
It is only valid if it is completely filled out on the back. Children up to the age of 15 do not need a card, but can take advantage of special offers, as long as the accompanying person is in possession of the Salzkammergut Winter Card.
