Herbal workshop in the reading room of the municipality of Strobl  

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of ointment production. We will look at how medicinal herbs release their valuable properties into an oil and how effective healing ointments for the medicine cabinet can be made from them. Step by step, you will learn how to prepare an oil extract, process it and create a soothing ointment using simple ingredients.

In addition to a versatile healing ointment, we also make a nourishing lip balm that provides protection and care for everyday life. You will gain valuable background knowledge on the selection of natural raw materials, tips on the right consistency and advice on shelf life.

At the end, you will take home your homemade products and practical knowledge for everyday use.
