Apartment Franzl

Take the stairs to the first floor. To the right is the Franzl flat - fittingly for our imperial couple, who spent their summer holidays in Bad Ischl.

At around 40 square metres, this is the largest flat in the domicile and can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The historic fireplace is an absolute eye-catcher.

But that's not all. Flat Franzl has access to a typical Aussee veranda with seating and a small table from which you can admire the surrounding mountains.

The colour of love dominates in this flat and that's exactly how we feel when we're there - you'll certainly feel the same way.

Apartment Hias

The sixth and final flat bears the melodious name Hias, which is short for ‘Matthias’.

A soft ice blue colour awaits you in the bedroom and runs like an ice blue thread through the flat.

In addition to cosy armchairs in the sleeping area, there is also a dining table with two chairs and a well-stocked kitchenette with almost everything your heart desires.

Let your gaze wander as you look out of the window, but don't forget to leave your domicile once in a while with all the great mountains. There are adventures waiting for you outside that will make your time out unforgettable.

And when you return, let the water splash on your shoulders and head in your walk-in shower and make plans for the next exciting day of your holiday with your travel companion over dinner.

Apartment Liesl

Down the corridor on the ground floor on the left-hand side you will find the 34 square metre Liesl flat.

The first thing you will notice is the great bar, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, a homemade pastry from the bakery or a fresh char.

The kitchenette behind it has everything you need for a well-deserved holiday. Cutlery, crockery, fridge and of course a Nespresso coffee machine to wake you up in the morning.

A marvellous box-spring bed promises a peaceful night's sleep, not least because of the moss-green wall at the front, which provides additional relaxation.

The walk-in shower in the bathroom provides refreshment after a long bike ride or a source of warmth after a day in the snow.

A carefree and unforgettable holiday awaits you.

Apartment Miazl

The third ground floor flat in the group is the Miazl flat on the right-hand side.

The window overlooks the neighbouring garden and you can breathe in a breath of fresh air as soon as you wake up.

The small kitchenette is perfect for preparing breakfast eggs and enjoying them on the dining table with your favourite person.

At just 26 square metres, the flat is the cosiest in the domicile and perfect for snuggling up together. It is almost a tiny house within a house, which enchants its guests with its cosiness and unique character.

In the bathroom, a walk-in shower and our care products from Be Soap my friend will spoil you.

Your small but cosy time-out in the middle of Altaussee in the Miazl flat at Domizil Ausseerland.

Apartment Sepp

Step through the door to the right into Apartment Sepp. Your smart flat for a cosy break in the heart of Altaussee.

A small kitchenette with sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need for your physical well-being is at your disposal. Directly opposite is a dining table with 2 chairs.

In the spacious bedroom with a view of the surrounding mountains, you will have a wonderful night's sleep and start a new day's holiday full of energy.

You can freshen up in the bathroom under the shower.

There is also a clothes horse in the bathroom, as well as a towel dryer.

There is also a TV and cosy seating in the bedroom.

Experience Altaussee up close and be right in the middle of it and not just there.

Apartment Sopherl

Opposite the Franzl flat is the Sopherl flat with around 35 square metres of living space.

In addition to the kitchenette, there is also a sofa bed for 1 person, a double bed and, of course, a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The view from the 1st floor is of course always outstanding and includes the mountains of Ausseerland. Whether grey-green in summer or snow-covered in winter - we love our rocky giants at any time of year.

While you get ready for a new day's holiday in the bathroom, your companion can take care of your physical well-being in the small kitchen.
