Yoga teacher with many years of experience (training in Hatha Yoga, Inside Yoga, Hormone Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and much more), dance & expression therapist, certified life and social counsellor. In my classes you will experience mindful, flowing and powerful yoga and meditation - inspired by Ayurveda and holistic bodywork. It is particularly important to me that you find your own ‘yoga path’ - tailored to your needs and your body.
