Any use of the services of the above-mentioned local offices, whether via online services or direct sales in the offices, is subject to these GTC in the context of ticket sales. The GTC apply in the version valid at the time of the order. For better readability, not every single local office is listed below, but only referred to as "Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH", which includes all of the above.

1. General information

Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH arranges tickets for the customer on behalf of and for the account of the respective event organiser. The contract is only concluded between the customer and the respective organiser. In the case of online orders, the offer is made by the customer as soon as they click on the "Buy now" button.

Claims of any kind in connection with the event (holding, implementation, cancellations, etc.) are to be addressed exclusively to the respective organiser.

Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH is only liable for the actual availability of tickets for the event offered until the tickets are purchased. Changes in the allocation of tickets to the individual seats are the sole responsibility of the organiser.

The liability of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence.

The data and information on events contained on the website and in mailings of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH are only information provided by the organiser. Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH is under no obligation to check the information, unless there are errors that could be misleading (e.g. event date already expired, meaningless price or similar).

2. Order

All orders - whether in person, by telephone or online booking - are binding, except in the case of online bookings where cancellation is made in good time before payment for the ticket. A cancellation or exchange of a paid ticket is not possible. In accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal or cancellation for a specific date of an event.

3. Payment

The agreed fee is due immediately upon sale on site, whereby only EURO or payment by debit or credit card are accepted as means of payment.

Special provisions for online bookings: When booking online, payment can only be made by valid credit card (Visa, Master Card), or EPS bank transfer. In exceptional cases it is possible to send the tickets by post. This is done by registered mail. The fee incurred for this must be paid additionally. This fee will be charged together with the fee for the ticket.

If the name of the customer and the credit card holder differ, Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH reserves the right to refuse to conclude the contract or to cancel the order at its own discretion and without consultation (purchase price will be refunded).

4. Delivery / collection, use

When booking online, the ticket will be made available as a PDF after payment has been made. ( = print@home ) By clicking on the "Print ticket" button, this can be called up and printed out. The ticket is sent by e-mail as an e-ticket. A printout is recommended. Customers must not make print@home tickets accessible to third parties. Misuse of access authorisation will be punished. The customer is liable to the organiser for ensuring that no multiple printouts or copies are made and that no changes are made to the access authorisation. In the event of unauthorised copies, multiple printouts or changes, the customer shall be held liable for the costs incurred. The principle of first access applies to access (the print@home ticket that is accepted first with its unique identification is the valid one. Subsequent tickets with the same identification are automatically cancelled when the first ticket is admitted).

Tickets will only be sent within Austria and by registered post.-registered post. Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH only accepts liability for the proper despatch of the letter. Tickets are dispatched at the customer's risk. Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH accepts no liability whatsoever for errors and any resulting damage in the course of sending the ticket by post. The relevant regulations of Post AG apply.

5. House rules of the organiser

By purchasing a ticket, the customer submits to the house rules of the respective venue and the instructions of the organiser. At all venues, the admission regulations of the respective venue apply to late arrivals. If the ticket is not an e-ticket, the ticket is invalid without a tear-off.

6 Cancellation / changes to the event, refunds

Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH is merely an agent for the tickets offered and is not liable for the reimbursement of the paid fee in the event of cancellation or cancellation of the event. However, it will endeavour to arrange this with the organiser. Any refunds will be made exclusively by and via the organiser and only in the event that the organiser provides Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH with the necessary funds. In the event of a refund, only the ticket price printed on the ticket will be returned. The sales, service, processing, deposit and dispatch fees incurred as well as other fees of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH will not be refunded.

In the event that the organiser has commissioned Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH with the reimbursement of the admission fees and has made the corresponding funds available to Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH, the following applies:
The original tickets must be sent to the offices of the local offices listed above within two months of the scheduled date of the event for reimbursement of the ticket price in person or by registered letter, stating the name and address as well as the bank details (IBAN and BIC) for the refund transfer. Customers of e-tickets (=print@home tickets) will be refunded the respective amount - provided it has already been paid - without any further request by the same means by which they paid for the ticket. The print@home ticket will be cancelled during this process.

In the event that the organiser instructs Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH to refund the entrance fees, this fact will be published on the homepages of the respective local offices. Only then can the original tickets be sent to them.

In the event of cancellation, postponement or any other change to an event, Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH reserves the right to inform those customers who have purchased tickets for this event of this change. This notification is a voluntary service provided by Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH and can be sent by post and/or electronically by email or text message if the relevant contact details are available.

Usual changes to the cast and programme and changes to the announced stage set-up (such as changes to the cast of theatre, concert, musical or opera performances, changes to the programme schedule, changes to starting times, changes to supporting acts for concerts, changes to the schedule for concert performances, etc.) by the organiser or the artists are reserved and are in any case no reason for a refund or reduction of the ticket price.

7. Data protection

The personal data provided by the customer during registration (name, address, email, telephone number and date of birth) will be processed electronically by Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH for the purpose of processing the contract and may be passed on by Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH to the respective organiser (or to advance booking offices for processing ticket sales) within the framework of the statutory provisions and restrictions of the Data Protection Act 2000 and the GDPR. By ticking the relevant checkbox, the customer agrees that their personal data may be used for marketing purposes in connection with the services of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH and the events it organises. The customer's attention is expressly drawn to the fact that this consent can be revoked at any time. (Please refer to the data protection information published at https://www.salzkammergut.at/line/datenschutz-ticketing.html is expressly referred to).

8. Image recordings

The visitor acknowledges that images are occasionally taken at events which are subsequently utilised (television broadcasts, photos, videos, internet, etc.). The visitor gives his/her express consent that the recordings made by him/her during or in connection with the event may be evaluated without compensation, without any time or space restrictions, by means of any current or future technical process, in particular by Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH and/or the organiser, and may also be used for commercial purposes, provided that this does not infringe the legitimate interests of the customer. The customer must give their express consent before any such publication that may infringe the legitimate interests of a customer.

Visitors are not authorised to make photo, film, video or other audio/visual recordings of events.

9. Volume

Visitors are advised that there is a risk of damage to hearing and health at events, particularly due to the volume. It is therefore recommended that children and hearing-sensitive persons in particular take appropriate protective measures.

10. Resale

The resale of admission tickets for commercial purposes as well as personalised admission tickets and admission tickets for which concessions, discounts or rebates have been claimed, in particular via so-called secondary ticket and auction platforms such as ebay, viagogo or stubhub, is only permitted with the written approval of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH. If an unauthorised sale is detected, the ticket immediately loses its validity. Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH expressly reserves the right to take further legal action. Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH also reserves the right to reject purchase applications for more than 15 tickets or to authorise them only after separate examination.

11 Place of jurisdiction, law

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for corporate customers is the competent court for the individual local offices, for consumers their locally and factually competent court.
