People with disabilities - with or without a wheelchair - can experience Lake Traunsee up close with the motorboat from the Ebensee Sports Union.
The barrier-free, covered entry and exit point for wheelchair users in the disabled-accessible boat is located at the Union Ebensee athletics centre on Lake Traunsee. A lift also facilitates boarding. The specially equipped boat offers space for a maximum of 8 people and a safe journey across the lake - even for wheelchair users. Passengers with the appropriate driving licence can drive and steer the boat themselves.
