We manage our organic mountain farm in the Almtal with ewes and lambs.

Most of our dams are still Merino country sheep, but have had Jura sheep and Jura goats for a few years. This is why our offspring are also black / brown or piebald. These are sheared once a year and made into wool fleece from the wool in a wool processing company in the Salzkammergut.

We then process this flow into blankets, upholstery and mattresses - for your holiday bed with us at the Roithhof. The lamb is not only cooked on the farm, but also at the tasteful hosts in the Almtal at Easter.

But our butcher also sells our good lamb. If you order, you can also try the juicy dark meat.
