At Fleischhauerei Kinast, great value is placed on regionality and high quality. Careful feed selection and great animal welfare are also very close to the hearts of the entire team. Short transport routes and good handling of the animals are also reflected in the quality of the meat. We still slaughter the animals ourselves, and because we have our own farm, we can guarantee you genuine regionality that you won't find in any supermarket!
Sausage and ham
We offer a very wide range of sausage and ham specialities, all of which we produce ourselves except for turkey sausage and salami.
Ready-made products
If you are in a hurry, we also offer a wide range of semi-finished and finished products, all of which are produced in our kitchen without the addition of flavour enhancers.
Barbecue assortment
If barbecuing can't be fancy enough, you've come to the right place. From the classic cutlet in a variety of marinades to steaks in a variety of "cuts" to stuffed Jägertascherl, there is something for every grill master.
Beef
After the cattle are slaughtered directly on our farm, they hang whole in our special cooling room with silent cooling for about 10 days to ensure ideal meat maturation.
Pork
The pigs also come from our own farm and are slaughtered stress-free on our farm after a short transport.
Bacon specialities
Our original "Prielinger" farmhouse bacon is cold-smoked for at least 14 days at our farm according to an old tradition. Our very popular root bacon is also very unusual. We also offer a wide range of bacon variations, such as our garlic and chilli bacon, house smoked meat, bacon and many more.
