Gluckinger chapel

Innerschwand am Mondsee, Oberösterreich, Österreich
At the Gluckinger estate in the last century was a large chapel with three rows of benches. An altar with a revolving tabernacle, large statues of St. Theresa, Barbara, Joseph and Laurentius, Stations of the Cross and large candlesticks were available. The chapel was robbed in the mid-sixties. The statue of St. Laurentius "survived" because it was lightly burned. It was restored in 2016. The thieves did not know that the tabernacle was rotatable. So the monstrance was preserved. (Letter from St. Peter's Abbey in Salzburg)

After this offense against the chapel she fell slowly. Although a Marie rope was set up, but the chapel had lost importance for the Gluckingers. In 1987, the family erected the shrine in the new square. Every Friday a light is lit there.

In 1993, when the painting on the farmhouse had to be renewed, the family of Mr. Bucar from Vöcklabruck left the picture of St. Attach Leonhard.
