Amering is a second generation family business. What originally began with good marketing ideas for its own egg production is now a company with 16 employees for the processing of currently 60 million eggs (annual production) from all over Austria.

The Salzkammergut egg is a real all-rounder. It is salted or sugared exactly according to your needs, it is divided into plain and yolk or ready-mixed with cream for dishes from egg dishes to Kaiserschmarrn. The aim is to offer all consumers of large quantities of egg mixture a fresh, natural solution that does not block them from making their own in day-to-day business. Our raw materials are fresh eggs from controlled companies all over Austria. With us, in the pure nature of the Salzkammergut, they are refined, pasteurized and bottled into many products. Of course, they are also sold as fresh eggs or as perfectly cooked snack or Easter eggs in wholesalers and retailers.
