- SUP experience is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary
- Enjoy exercising in the fresh air (even if the weather is not quite so "perfect")

Since the entire SUP equipment incl. paddles is of premium quality &>
The SUP equipment is of the highest quality. paddles in premium quality & drybag is provided on site, only the accessories and clothing need to be brought along. Tips for the packing list for the tours: UV shirt, headgear, sun protection, drinking bottle, swimming outfit, sports trousers, light jacket or rain jacket, small towel, flip-flop Rain jacket, small towel, flip-flops or light summer shoes, as well as clothing for excursions
