Since the beginning of August, the Salzkammergut Trophy team has been offering two permanent running tracks with permanently installed time measurement, following the same principle of the "Trophy Individuell". A half marathon starting in Bad Ischl and a mountain run will follow on 26 September.The short distance runs from the Weißenbachwirt on the right bank of the Traun along the Traunreiterweg to the Sophienbrücke in Bad Goisern and back to the finish line at the Weißenbachwirt.
This running course measures 4.6 kilometres and has only a minimal difference in altitude. The 13-kilometre Weißenbach circuit has an altitude difference of around 250 metres and also starts at the Weißenbachwirt.
The routes will remain signposted until the end of October and you can take part as often as you like with the same start number, thereby improving your time several times or starting on the different running routes. The entry fee is only 19 euros, the transponder for timekeeping is integrated in the start number. The final ranking will be published at the beginning of November.
