Apple and cinnamon dessert in a glass

A delicious Christmas dessert

Ingredients

250 ml whipped cream
250 g sour cream
250 g yoghurt
180 g icing sugar
2 pkg vanilla sugar
1 large jar of apple sauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 packet of speculoos biscuits

 

Preparation

First whip the cream until creamy (not firm). Stir in the icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
Stir in the sour cream and yoghurt one spoonful at a time and continue beating briefly at low speed.

Mix the apple sauce with the cinnamon and crush/crumble the speculoos biscuits with your hands.
Then fill the glasses alternately with the biscuits, the cream and the apple sauce.

Decorate as desired before serving.
It is best to chill for 2 hours and serve chilled.
