The presentation of the new book, “The Gosau Valley—A Jewel of the Hallstatt-Dachstein/Salzkammergut Historic Cultural Landscape,” invites readers on an impressive journey of discovery through the Gosau Valley. Author Univ.-Lektor HR DI Dr. Hans Peter Jeschke will personally present the 434-page work, which features 200 illustrations. As a lecturer in the “Protection of European Cultural Heritage” program at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and head of the ICOMOS Austria working group “Cultural Landscape, Spatial Planning, and Urban Development,” he provides in-depth insights into the scenic and cultural richness of the Gosau Valley.
