Herbal Walk in Autumn

In the rhythm of the seasons, the Earth gifts us richly in autumn with wild fruits and root treasures, before it withdraws its energies and enjoys a necessary regeneration period in winter.

The autumn fruits were particularly important for our ancestors, as they are very rich in vitamins; thus, they could optimally replenish their bodily vitamin stores and were well prepared for winter.

In our “abundance and prosperity society,” the autumn fruits have rather fallen into oblivion.

During this herbal walk, we will taste wild fruits, dig up roots, and collect forest fruits.

At the end of the hike, we will make two powerful autumn products in the herb hut.
