WYDA – Seeing Through the Veil

A 5-part WYDA introduction and movement practice in Unterach am Attersee. Over the course of five Sundays, participants will learn the fundamentals of WYDA and the four elemental dragons—through movement, awareness, and exercises in harmony with nature.

The individual sessions build on one another and guide participants step by step through the practice of WYDA.

WYDA – Seeing Through the Veil is a 5-part introduction to a Celtic-inspired way of life and movement practice. The focus is on simple exercises, mindful awareness, movement, and connecting with nature.

The course takes place at Raum der Mitte, a seminar center in Unterach am Attersee. Over the course of five Sundays, the fundamentals of WYDA and the four elemental dragons—earth, water, air, and fire—are taught step by step. The exercises engage the body, awareness, and inner alignment and can subsequently be integrated into daily life independently.

Dates:

• September 6, 2026, 3:00–6:00 p.m. – Introductions, organizational matters, and the basics of WYDA
• September 20, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. – Module 1: Earth Dragon / Vital Field
• October 18, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. – Module 2: Water Dragon / Emotional Field
• November 15, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. – Module 3: Air Dragon / Mental Field
• January 17, 2027, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. – Module 4: Fire Dragon & Integration

Participation requires a willingness to take personal responsibility and practice independently. WYDA is open to anyone interested in sharpening their perception, discovering new forms of movement and meditation, and developing a conscious connection to themselves and to nature.
