To crown the Philharmonic Concerts Steinbach am Attersee 2026, the Vienna Philharmonia Ensemble and Anna Gruchmann (double bass) present a selection of works that are associated with 19th century Vienna like no other: Waltzes, marches and overtures by Johann Strauss father and son, Joseph Lanner, Philipp Fahrbach and Franz von Suppè.

Peter Wächter, long-time artistic director of the summer concerts and long-time member of the Vienna Philharmonic, will bring the Philharmonic Church Concerts in Steinbach am Attersee 2026 to a close with a brilliant finale featuring the great audience favorites of the Viennese musical tradition.
