Meditative Yoga Practice & Meditation for Yoga Experiencers

Yoga is meditation - from the first arrival in the yoga class to the re-entry into everyday life.

Meditation in movement (asana/flow), the merging of movement, breath and mind. We take time for this, as well as for the deep relaxation and stillness at the end of the session. If you have developed a good awareness of your body and breath, are open to mindful, attentive practice and are interested in yoga teachings and their application in everyday life, this is the right place for you.
