Our lovingly designed, detached little house is idyllically situated on a hillside, surrounded by meadows, forests, and mountains – a place to breathe, unwind, and enjoy. Thanks to the private access road and its complete isolation, you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy here. On beautiful days, the house is spoiled by the sun from morning to evening, as there are no direct neighbors.
On the terrace, a cozy couch invites you to linger – whether for breakfast in the morning sun, a good book in the afternoon, or a glass of wine in the evening with a view of the greenery.
Despite the quiet location, the town center with all public transport connections can be reached in just about 8 minutes on foot. A supermarket, the warehouse, as well as bakers and inns with their delicious treats are also conveniently accessible on foot. Public transport connections in all directions are very good, allowing you to remain flexible even without a car.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for excursions and activities: You can reach beautiful hiking trails directly from the house or after a short drive, as well as the Hintersee, the Fuschlsee, and many other highlights of the Salzkammergut. The city of Salzburg is also not far away and is ideal for a day trip.
In winter, the little house becomes a very special experience: It lies directly in the middle of the cross-country skiing trail – it couldn't be easier. Get up, drink tea, and head straight to the slopes!

The little house – interior description
On the ground floor you will find:
a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove
the bathroom with shower and toilet
a cozy living room with a traditional tiled stove
The entire house is comfortably heated electrically, so the tiled stove does not necessarily have to be heated – however, it provides additional, particularly cozy warmth and a homely atmosphere when needed (please heating only permitted on request).
On the 1st floor, you will find the bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed. If needed, a couch sofa can also be provided as an extra bed for another person.
