Welcome to the Grafbauer! Georg and Marie welcome you with their two daughters Leonie and Valentina to the Erbhof built in 1416 a little outside the hustle and bustle of St. Wolfgang.

RELAXATION - PEACE - DREAMY NATURAL Idyll

• The quiet location near forest and stream invites you to relax.
• Our picturesque garden offers a place to switch off from May to October with views of mountains, forest and meadows. For each of the 4 studios we have designed a separate retreat with seating and a table.
• In the lounge hut in the garden our guests can celebrate breakfast together at the large table, have a games evening or simply enjoy their holiday time together.
• Serve yourself at the self-service fridge, where chilled drinks and snacks are available 24 hours a day.
• Relax in our barrel sauna or in the jacuzzi in the garden, which is fed with water from our own spring. These wellness offers are already included in your stay!

ENJOYABLE TIME OUT FOR ALONE TRAVELLERS, COUPLES AND PARENTS WITH CHILDREN

• In our 4 newly refurbished studios we pamper you with a large double bed, top-equipped kitchenette and indulgence highlights such as muesli dispensers, tea, coffee and cocoa tabs for free and a bottle of wine in your room. Picturesque views of the countryside included!
• We put together an optional breakfast basket for you, filled with regional products and fresh milk from our cows. savoury filled with spread, cheese & vegetables or sweet delicacies such as croissant & Co - choose this extra when you book or directly on site. 

LIVING THE REAL FARM

• Would you like to get an insight into the daily work on the farm ? Then come with us to the barn, get to know our dairy cows and watch feeding, milking or haymaking 
• Taste the milk from our cows for breakfast! 
• We organise exclusive horse-drawn carriage rides for our guests: in summer around Lake Schwarzensee and in winter on Lake Wolfgangsee. 

ACTIC IN NATURE AROUND OUR FARM

• Hiking trails towards Lake Schwarzensee, Vormauer and Schafberg start directly from our idyllically situated farm. The nearest snack station is a 10-minute walk away.
• You can park your e-bikes in the covered bike garage and charge the batteries in the garage. The nearest cycle path can be reached by bike in 4 minutes (down the access road).
• The public bathing area on Lake Wolfgang and the village centre are 1.5 km away (an approx. 30-minute walk or a 15-minute bike ride).
• Summer: Swimming in the Wolfgangsee or Schwarzensee, brass band concerts, summer toboggan run, water skiing 
• Winter: Postalm ski area, Advent markets around Lake Wolfgangsee, night tobogganing, cross-country ski trail (3 km away)
• "Wellness Alm" in St. Wolfgang
