Welcome to the family-run guesthouse in Obersdorf!

Quiet, sunny location, all around magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Also in Obersdorf there is a direct access to the cross-country ski trail. To the romantic Ödensee six kilometers and to the adventure pool Bad Mitterndorf about four kilometers. To the Grimmingtherme - an oasis of well-being for every weather and every season - it is about five kilometers.

These distances can also be covered by bike. Haus Lemmerer is the starting point for relaxing hikes and mountain tours in the Ausseerland. Cottage magic at our own alpine hut. Friendly, comfortable rooms furnished in country house style and also two vacation apartments for two to four people each. The two apartments are between 40 and 50m2, have a living room, kitchen, shower / WC and a balcony. Our guests especially enjoy the view of the local mountain Grimming from their balcony. Each kitchen has four hotplates, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, dishes and pots. The double rooms are equipped with shower/ WC, flat TV including DVD player, partly minibar and a large balcony.

You are also welcome to use the free DVD rental. Parking spaces are of course available at the house. The nice district Obersdorf is four kilometers away from the center of Bad Mitterndorf.
