Welcome to the home Pölzleitner!

Our house is located a little outside, about 1,9 km from the centre of Unterach am Attersee. Due to the slightly elevated location in Kohlstatt, you have a beautiful view of the Attersee and the picturesque mountains of the Höllengebirge.

Room

Our house has two double rooms with balcony and lake view! 

• Double room 1: balcony, lake view, bathroom and Toilett in the room.
• Double room 2: balcony, lake view, bathroom and Toilett on the floor is only used by double room 2.

Strengthen yourself every morning with a breakfast in our breakfast room with a view of Lake Attersee! 

 Recreation

The beach and leisure facilities are not far away. Whether swimming, diving, sailing or surfing, the crystal clear waters of Lake Attersee are inviting!
 
Not only bathers get their money's worth. If you want to spend your holiday actively, you can explore the beautiful landscape by bike and take a tour around the Attersee, Mondsee or another lake in the Salzkammergut. Our house is the ideal starting point for this.
 
Hikers and mountain climbers also have many opportunities to experience the untouched nature of the Salzkammergut. A hike to the Eisenauer Alm, the Hochlecken, Schoberstein wherever, the mountain is calling! If you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can relax on a hike in the sweet chestnut forest.

There are also plenty of opportunities for excursions. How about a visit to the festival city of Salzburg or the imperial city of Bad Ischl, where Emperor Franz Josef and Sissy already enjoyed their summer retreat?
