For you comfort, we offer a self-service wine rack, fresh bread and shopping services.

The Krippenstein ski area is only a 2 minutes drive from our house and the 14km long cross country route, which also goes through the Koppenwinkl Nature Reserve, goes right past our house.

Other ski nearby ski areas are Dachstein West (140 km prepared runs - 15 minutes by car), Loser (29 km prepared runs - 20 minutes by car), Katrin-Alm, Bad Ischl (6 km prepared runs - 25 minutes by car), Postalm Arena (20 km prepared runs - 40 minutes by car) - plus many more....

The area offer everything from an idyllic winter walk to ski and snowboard opportunities at every level

    • A surcharge of €15,00 applies for stays of only 1 night

      • All children: €25,00 SC per person per night for extra beds

    Cancellation
    - The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
    - In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

    Special conditions (Bookings from 20.12 until 06.01): 
    - The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival.
    -In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

    Payment
    - The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival.
