In my mindful yoga classes, we create a space together in which you can simply be - without pressure to perform, without comparisons. Through gentle movements, conscious breathing and moments of stillness, you will gradually come closer to yourself. You will learn to feel inside yourself again, become aware of your body and give your mind a break from everyday life.
