Organic beef from Austria. Self-bred and raised on our own pastures in the beautiful Mondseer Land. At Brandstatthof we produce first-class quality Wagyu meat and is marketed in the form of tender steaks and tasty burgers from the farm itself. Cattle: ...are allowed to enjoy a happy life on lush green meadows in the Mondsee countryside. From April to November, our mother cows and their calves, the steers and our Wagyu bull Haki spend the whole summer outdoors on nine hectares of pasture. Even in winter, herbs from the pastures are included in the feed.
Products: The best organic beef quality is the basis of all our products. Our cattle are slaughtered stress-free in our own EU slaughterhouse and the meat is expertly cut and processed after sufficient maturation. Quality is our priority over quantity and that's exactly what you can taste!
Tradition: We are proud to be farmers in the Mondseer Land! The Brandstatthof has been around for over 110 years and still today the farm is run as a family business. That's how it has always been and that's how it will be in the future. Because tradition is important to us!
