Andrea and Martin Drack run a small farm with goats, pigs, chickens and bees. Since 2022, the two also offer fresh garden vegetables. On 1400 m², the vegetables are grown by hand on permanent beds in the "no dig system".
Currently, the Sunnseit garden is in the process of organic conversion and is controlled by the Bios organic inspection body. The cultivation is close to nature, regional, small-structured, diverse, intensive, soil-conserving, resource-saving and future-oriented. Fertilization is carried out with compost, plant yeast, stone meal, etc. The entire cultivation from growing to harvesting, takes place entirely without artificial means. Chemical agents are not used.
Thanks to a sustainable selection of varieties, slower growth and good soil health, the vegetables taste much more intense and are richer in ingredients. Honey, eggs and fruit brandies are also offered from our own production.
The produce is marketed in the form of subscription boxes, which are ready for collection on the day of harvest. When you pick up your vegetables, you can exchange them 1:1, if you find something you can't use.
