"By your side, oh holy mother Mary, I have found shelter" 1902 The Family Dittlbacher who owned the farm were going through tough times back than. In 1900 their farm had to go under renovation and it is assumed that that's why they built the shrine. Johann Dittlbacher was badly injured in the first world war and died soon after returning home. His wife had to look after the four Kids alone and had to look after the farm. Her relatives took then over the farm. The wayside shrine has deep meaning for the Family and is looked after lovingly by them. In 2014 the bench and the shrine had to be restaurated and Lotte Parhammer took it upon herself to do that Job.
