Wintermayr wayside shrine

Innerschwand am Mondsee, Oberösterreich, Österreich
Ca. 60 years ago Mrs Wintermayr inherited the forest from her mother in law. She would have liked to built a chapel there, but that wasn't possible3, so she built a small shrine instead.
With the years going by numerous things got broken. the Wintermayrs now residing in Vienna didn't have much time to look after it. Years ahd gone by and someone brought the shrine to August Meindl, who built a new one, but this was stolen shortly after. August Meindl again made a shrine which he put up on a tree, with the Picture of Saint Joseph and Baby Jesus on it.

Mrs Maria Wintermayr died on the 16th of october in 2016. Her niece Hennelore Meindl bought a new shrine from Alois Haslberger. The Picture in it is a gift from the nuns from Vöcklabruck. It shoes Christmas eve in the year 1933/34 under the reign of Pope Pius XI.
