The former horse stable of the post and horse exchange station in Lambach is a vaulted stable building from the 18th century, which was designed for up to 40 horses. To the left and right of a centre aisle were the stalls with feeding troughs and haystacks. This basic construction results in a hall that takes on an almost sacred character thanks to the mighty stone pillars and simple vaults.
