1919, 17 musicians founded the Werkskapelle Lenzing
First music master was Johann Lehner. From 1927 - 1933 Richard Mißbach held the music master. From 1934-1970 Georg Sturm Bichler was music master. He was also music director of the district traditional musik organisation Vöcklabruck.

1970 George Haitchi was director of the orchestra. Under his leadership, the Blasmusikwettbewerb in Rastede / Germany was a 1st prize in the
Maximum level to be won. He worked until 2004 as 1.Klarinettist the club.

Since 1994 Roland Kastner was conductor of the MV Werkskapelle Lenzing.

2011 took over Manfred Röhrer this task.

The chapel regularly participates in district rating games and marching music reviews.

The highlights of the club year represent the spring concert, and the Fall Concert.
