Our slaughterhouse receives animals from member companies in the immediate vicinity, so we can keep transport routes as short as possible.
In our pork relate exclusively to regional quality meat from Austrian farmers from Frankenburg and Waldzell. Pork is rich in vitamin B, to prepare versatile and easily.
Through meadows, plenty of room for movement and intensive care by our farmers are natural for beef and veal, which we refer from the region Frankenburg and Salzkammergut.
Beef, pork, veal, lamb, chicken etc. are sourced from local producers. The quality of meat is expertly tailored by us and offered pan ready.
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. & 3 to 6 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 to 12 a.m.
