The EQ restaurant in the newly opened ErlebnisQuartier offers everything you need for a successful culinary encounter and enjoyable travelling: whether it's a small morning snack, a quick midday snack, a cosy coffee and cake break or an à la carte dinner with an exclusive view of the lake. The new SchafbergBahn valley station, christened the "ErlebnisQuartier", not only has a large, light-flooded guest hall with a ticket counter, but also a souvenir shop and an event area that can be used outside the opening hours of the cog railway.

Guests are also offered a museum zone that explores the history of the SchafbergBahn and WolfgangseeSchifffahrt. An old locomotive from 1893 forms the centrepiece of the exhibition.

In the "EQ" restaurant in the ErlebnisQuartier, there is also plenty to savour: here you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Wolfgangsee and the Schafberg and probably the most beautiful lakeside terrace on Lake Wolfgangsee.
