In the new extension, the Jaga Lounge, up to 36 guests can celebrate in a tasteful ambience of old wood, Hallstatt ceramics and loden. The Gamsfrack armchair is a particularly fine dining experience! A video screen for personal recordings underlines the interior of our Jaga-Lounge.
Our kitchen is supplied with beef, pork and milk by local farmers! Fresh fish is supplied by the Hallstatt fishery. Game comes directly from the forest into our kitchen... our boss is a hunter.
Chef de Cuisine Alfred Vas and his team refine the high-quality products to unique delicacies - this combination with attentive service are the main ingredients of our restaurant.
Wine is poetry in bottles: The Hotel Sommerhof is truly a place where the love of wine can be cultivated. The basis for this is our well-stocked wine cellar with grape juices from all over the world. Enjoy wine, recommended by connoisseurs: as a certified sommelier, your hotelier Manuel Wallner always knows which wine goes best with what.
