Whether in the cozy parlor or the idyllic guest garden under old chestnut trees - the restaurant offers the right atmosphere for enjoyable hours at any time of year. After hikes, bike tours or excursions in the region, the Agathawirt is a popular place to stop off for guests and locals alike.

The Agathawirt restaurant combines traditional Austrian cuisine with modern sophistication.

In the historic ambience of the country hotel, guests enjoy regional specialties prepared with love and craftsmanship from high-quality, local ingredients. The cuisine is based on classic Austrian dishes, but interpreted in a contemporary and creative way.

The restaurant is particularly well-known for its varied vegetarian dishes and freshly caught fish from Lake Hallstatt, which is just a few kilometers away. The culinary offering is complemented by an exquisite selection of Austrian wines.

Every Friday evening - from mid-June to mid-September - you can also experience real folk music from Bad Goisern. With zither and harmonica, our musician entertains you with traditional alpine tunes.
