To do this, we need valuable food and prepare it carefully, tasty and varied in order to reward our guests with a special taste experience and increased well-being.
We attach particular importance to natural rock salt, high-quality oils, a number of organic products such as local organic beef, game from the surrounding areas and fish from our own sea fishery. We also avoid flavour enhancers, convenience products and glutamate. We pay particular attention to our own production of pastries, soups, side dishes and much more.
