1. Who may participate?

The Salzkammergut WinterCard competition is an open competition. Participation is free of charge. All persons holding a Salzkammergut WinterCard or SalzkammergutCard who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry are eligible to enter. As a rule, minors may not participate in competitions. In the event of non-compliance, there is no entitlement to a prize. Legal representatives and employees of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH and other companies involved in the implementation of this competition as well as their relatives are not entitled to participate in the competition/raffle. By participating in the competition, the participant declares his/her agreement with the rules of the competition.

2. Data protection

Salzkammergut Tourismus-Marketing GmbH points out that the personal data, namely name and e-mail address of the participant in the Salzkammergut competition will be stored for the purpose of processing this competition. This data provided by the participant is necessary for the processing of this competition and the competition cannot be processed without this data.

No data will be transferred to third parties.

3 Participation

To participate, the participant must open the page: salzkammergut.at/card. To participate in the draw for the prizes, the participant must enter his/her name and email address. This information will be automatically transmitted to Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH. The raffle starts on 01.11. and ends on 30.04.

4. Determination and announcement of the winners

The winner will be determined at random. The winner will receive a separate email informing him/her of the prize.

5. Distribution

The distribution of the prizes will be carried out by Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH, a third party commissioned by Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH or a cooperation partner of Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH. The prize will be awarded exclusively as a non-cash prize, an exchange of the prize and or a cash redemption is not possible. The legal process is excluded.

6. Disqualification from the competition

Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall be entitled to disqualify individual participants from the competition if there are justified reasons, e.g. violation of the conditions of participation, influencing the competition, manipulation, etc.

7. Limitations of liability

Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH excludes liability for faulty data transport and/or loss, unless this is due to errors for which Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH is responsible. Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall not be liable in particular in cases where data is not transmitted to Salzkammergut Tourismus Marketing GmbH or not transmitted in time due to incorrect and/or incomplete data entry on the part of the participant(s).
