It's not just the tea range with over 100 tea varieties that is "very British" here. The fine curry blends on the shelves are also a speciality. After all, Ronald Eichenauer, who is married to an Englishwoman, is a passionate amateur chef himself and knows how to appreciate these spice blends.
Among the 10 curry blends, the "Purple Curry" with hibiscus and rose petals or the fine "Lemon Curry" with dried lemons and fenugreek are among his personal favourites. These special blends are also used in the restaurant's own WOK restaurant in St. Wolfgang.
