This old former water mill (www.millretreats.at) is located in the hilly Alpine foothills of Mondsee and is generously surrounded by streams and meadows. In the south, the Alps and the Dachstein glacier can be seen, while to the north, the Irrsee is within walking distance. The seminar room measures 60 square meters and the house has 5 guest rooms with 10 beds. Florian Palzinsky and guest teachers regularly hold seminars there with a focus on spirituality and art.

Since 2004, he has been a freelance yoga and meditation teacher and guest lecturer at yoga teacher trainings and conferences. He also regularly holds online courses, runs a meditation podcast, and writes for the magazine "Yoga Aktuell" and his spiritual blog.
