RELAXATION can be found in the heated, covered pool with winter garden and large garden with ancient fruit trees, in the sauna and steam bath.
CULINARY is also written "big" with us. You can enjoy refined Austrian cuisine made from regional products in the guest garden under the imperial oak and chestnut tree as well as in the cosy parlours of the historic main house, which was built in 1517 and is a listed building.
All rooms are located in the garden in the modern extension with a view of the mountains and garden.
Tradition also has its advantages. - You develop serenity and calm - and you can feel it. After all, you are on holiday.
The Agatha-Wirt has remained what it was.
A host above all else. Garden in summer, wood-burning stove in winter - chat, exchange ideas and enjoy a hearty meal.
We don't offer the programme, but rather the landscape of the "Inner Salzkammergut World Heritage Site" - sunrises, swimming fun at the nearby Lake Hallstatt or in the hotel's own pool, summit victories, cave wonders and sometimes even a downpour.
