Herb Herb Walk

In the rhythm of the seasons, the earth gifts us abundantly in autumn with wild fruits, seeds, and roots:
Autumn fruits contain a lot of vitamins and bitter substances and are therefore a true blessing for our bodies. Many seeds and roots are also powerful bundles of energy that prepare us optimally for winter.

This is what we can expect:
- We will get to know wild fruits on this herb walk, taste them, dig up roots, and harvest seeds.
- In practical work, we will prepare bitter drops and a "soul wellness tincture".
- To conclude, there will be a small tasting and an herbal drink.

The material costs including script and food costs are already included in the course fee.

Important: The herb walk will take place even in rainy weather; we will then gather in the herb hut!

Please bring: Good footwear, weather-resistant clothing, writing materials.
