Coming home to nature forest bathing workshop
This workshop combines scientific knowledge with an ancient understanding of nature - from the ecological context of the forest to the spiritual perspectives of shamanic and indigenous traditions.
In addition to learning about native wild herbs, the forest is made tangible as a living, interconnected ecosystem. The focus is on consciously experiencing nature and the opportunity to find new balance and peace through connecting with it.
The workshop includes plenty of time in the forest, including a herbal walk, hammock meditation, plant music and home-brewed herbal tea.
The evening sessions from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. create a particularly atmospheric nature experience.
