Anyone who works in the counseling or helping professions is constantly caught between the poles of closeness and professional distance. In order to provide clients with the best possible support, both are needed - and yet this balancing act is not always easy. Counselors and helpers also experience phases in which their own inner stability is challenged.
Regular group supervision creates a safe space to reflect on your own cases, experiences and adventures together and work on them professionally. The exchange with colleagues creates new perspectives, confidence in action and valuable impulses for your own professional development. It goes without saying that all participants are bound to confidentiality, so that openness and trust are guaranteed.
