On Fridays (except on public holidays) the smell of fresh sausage wafts through our house early in the morning. From 08:00 to 11:00 we serve our popular Kesselheißen - straight from the hot kettle, freshly prepared and full of flavor.
Whether as a hearty start to the day or as a tasty snack between meals: The Kesselheißen are a piece of living tradition and are very popular with regular guests and new visitors alike.
Enjoy the freshly cooked sausages on the spot or take a few portions home with you.
