There is enough space for 4 people in the "Welzis" flat.
Hiking, mountain biking, e-biking, climbing, via ferrata or simply bathing in the crystal-clear Lake Gosau - a dream for active people or connoisseurs or simply those seeking peace and quiet.
The Dachstein West ski region is the largest ski area in Upper Austria. Wonderful slopes of all levels of difficulty spread over 119 kilometres. To make the journey to the cable car particularly stress-free, we have reserved a ski depot for you directly at the Hornbahn. Simply deposit your skis there at the beginning of your holiday and take the nearby ski bus from the flat to the slopes. No need to search for a parking space or lug your skis!
But not only skiers get their money's worth! The 60-kilometre-long, perfectly prepared cross-country ski trail passes directly by our house.
Tobogganing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, ski tours or snowshoe hikes or simply walking along the romantic winter walkway - Gosau offers special opportunities for all ages.

The flat "Welzis" belongs to the Welzbacher family from Germany. They have been spending their holidays in Gosau for over 20 years and are integrated into the village as if they are from here. Gosau has become a second home for the Welzis and their children. After all these years, they have finally made their dream of owning a holiday flat in Gosau come true.
