Here you can enjoy the winter romance in Unterach am Attersee with a view of the snow-covered mountain panorama and the glistening of Lake Attersee. The clear air and tranquillity refresh body and soul during long walks in the natural paradises around Lake Attersee.A little outside Unterach, about 2 km from the centre, our house is far from the road and yet close to Lake Attersee, on a sunny mountain slope with a magnificent view of the lake and the Höllengebirge mountains. Here you can spend the best time of the year in one of our holiday flats or in a double or triple room.
The day begins with a view from the balcony of the snow-covered Höllengebirge mountains opposite and the beautiful landscape above Lake Attersee. Then you will be spoilt with a rich breakfast, which you can enjoy in the cosy lounge.
If you want to be active in sports, then we are the ideal starting point for a ski day in the Salzkammergut. The ski areas Dachstein-West, Krippenstein, Feuerkogl, Flachau or a day trip to the Sportwelt Amade can be reached in around 1 to 1.5 hours by car. At the Attersee, the Kronberg or the Wachtberg invite you to go skiing. These two areas may be small, but they are great. The ideal terrain, especially for less experienced skiers and families with children.
For lovers of customs, the Advent season in the Salzkammergut is a must. The Unterach Advent, where there is something on offer almost every day, or the Wolfgangsee Advent market, which can be reached in half an hour by car, invite you to drink punch and eat biscuits. The Mozart city of Salzburg also entices visitors with its romantic Advent market.
You can combine a visit to the imperial city of Bad Ischl with a visit to the Eurotherme spa.
Hallstatt, Gmunden, St. Wolfgang and much more can be reached within a very short time.

For bathing enthusiasts we have our 200m away bathing place or the public bathing place "Kohlbauernaufsatz". Ideal also for our diving enthusiasts.

Car:
From Munich take the A8 towards Salzburg, from the Walserberg border crossing take the A1 to the Mondsee exit. Take the B153 and B151 to Unterach am Attersee. Pass the Unterach Mitte exit and continue for about 3 km in the direction of Nußdorf until you see the driveway to our guesthouse on the left on the slope.
From the direction of Vienna on the A1 to the St. Georgen exit. Via Attersee and Nußdorf you will find the driveway to our accommodation about 200 m after the public bathing area "Kohlbauernaufsatz", just before entering Unterach, on the right on the slope.

From Salzburg or Linz/Vienna to Vöcklach. Linz/Vienna to Vöcklamarkt, continue with the Attergau Bahn to Attersee, continue by bus to Unterach
