My house with garden is situated quiet at the outskirts from the center of Zell am Moos - 3 minutes walking to the center and to the supermarket.

I have two apartments and parking lots are in front of my house. The lake Irrsee (one of the warmest lakes in the Salzkammergut) is only 400 m from the house away. Zell am Moos is very central and from here you can start many day trips in to the Salzkammergut.
