"Am Starlhof" is about inner values. The respectful processing of the animals is very important to the young farmer couple Pauline and Simon from Ebensee. The upgrading of less popular parts of their ox, pigs and goats is very important to them.

"From nose to tail - from trunk to tail" is the motto of Pauline's cooking course, which was developed as part of the Leader project "Mein Hof, dein erLeben".
