In January 2005, the Vorchdorfer Böhmische was founded on the initiative of Hans Radinger. As a music school teacher at LMS Laakirchen-Vorchdorf, he wanted to offer his students and interested club musicians of the local market music and musicians in the vicinity the opportunity to deal with Bohemian wind music.
The orchestra grew steadily and soon the current line-up of 18 musicians who have dedicated themselves to Egerland brass music developed. Over the years the Vorchdorfer Böhmische has proven itself as a harmonious and manageable ensemble at concerts, birthday parties, company anniversaries and many other occasions.
With our musical director Andreas Bergthaler and our new singer duo Evelin Trauner and Alfred Hochleithner we start top motivated into the current season.
Our moderator Sepp Leeb leads through the program.
