I am Bettina Lahner - a qualified craniosacral practitioner, kinesiologist and human energy therapist. In my practice in Weyregg an Attersee, I support women, mothers and children who are physically and emotionally out of balance.

Many of my clients come to me with symptoms such as chronic exhaustion, tension, headaches, sleep problems, palpitations, stomach problems or inner restlessness. They want more energy, a good body feeling and the ability to set boundaries - without constantly having a guilty conscience.

A central component of my work is reflex integration. It helps both women and children to release deep-seated stress patterns in the nervous system. Children with concentration problems, strong anger, restlessness or developmental delays in particular benefit from this. Many adults also carry unintegrated early childhood reflexes, which manifest themselves in chronic tension or emotional overload, for example.
I combine medical knowledge with fine bodywork, energetic support, essential oils, nutritional advice and remote treatments.
